Founded in 1996 by the late Edward Sam-Sadeen Oudraogo, Central Hotels & Apartments was built on a foundation of hospitality, comfort, and family heritage.
The group comprises 42 rooms at Ridge Hotel and 26 apartments at Osu Aparthotel, complemented by flexible creative workspace solutions designed to meet the evolving needs of modern travellers. With spacious accommodations and thoughtfully designed spaces, the properties have continued to serve the needs of leisure guests, tourists, and business executives from the 1990s to today.
Rooted in a legacy of family values, Central Hotels & Apartments is now led by Ayimana, Selma, and Sherif Sam-Sadeen, who continue to uphold the founder’s vision while ushering the brand into a new era. Their commitment has inspired a comprehensive property transformation, including renovations, enhanced guest experiences, and a refreshed brand identity.
